What you need to know about new launches
Before you commit, here's how the new launch process works in Singapore.

Register Interest → VIP Preview
Register with Ricson before the public launch. VIP buyers get early access, first pick of units, and sometimes preview prices before official launch day.

Option to Purchase (OTP)
On launch day, you select your unit and pay a 5% booking fee to secure the OTP. This gives you 21 days to exercise (pay the remaining 20% down payment).

Progressive Payment Scheme
Unlike resale, new launch payments are tied to construction milestones — you don't pay everything upfront. This eases cashflow significantly.

Stamp Duty is Payable on Exercise
BSD and ABSD (if applicable) must be paid within 14 days of exercising the OTP. Ensure your funds are ready.

No Agent Fee for Buyers
